About Us

Both my mom and my Grandma were stitchers and designers. When they started it was difficult to get patterns. I remember my mom sending for patterns from Denmark. As a result they both learned how to design patterns. And along the way they taught me how to stitch and I fell in love with thread and needles and all it could make.

40 years later I'm still stitching. Through school, professional life, raising a family, and now retired, stitching has been my go-to method of feeding my creativity and my soul.

Needlework offers something increasingly rare: the opportunity to slow down and create with intention. It forces you to put down your phone, move away for AI, and enjoy a method of relaxation while creating art.
